- Consider a data strategy, ideally at the start of the project. If data has already been collected, consider a strategy for the remainder of the data life cycle. Having key questions in mind about the data will make this submission workflow a lot easier.
- Prepare the data and metadata.
- Submit the metadata and data to CanWIN.
- Collaborate with a CanWIN data curator to ensure that the data meets certain standards before publishing.
